Returns and Cancellations
Returns Policy:
We want you to love your purchase from Param Iqbal, and we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That's why we have a simple 3-step return policy to make sure you're satisfied with your shopping experience. Below are the 3 steps for returning your ethnic wear purchases:
Refunds Policy : We process refunds as follows:
- Mode of Refund:
- The Refund amount shall be credited to your bank account within 10 days of receiving the returned product.
- Applicable Deductions:
- For non-acceptance of prepaid orders, a total of ₹250 is deducted for forward and reverse shipment. The balance is refunded to your Bank Account.
Damaged Product Received:
1.Inform within 48 Hours: If you receive a damaged product, create an unboxing video or take clear pictures within 48 hours of delivery. Email them to support@paramiqbal.in along with your complaint.
2.Reverse Pickup: For orders delivered within India, we'll arrange a reverse pickup. Ensure the products are ready for pickup. Failure to do so may result in cancellation, with shipping charges borne by you.
3.Resolution: After successful reverse pickup, we'll send a replacement or refund the amount to your bank account.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, so if you need to cancel an order, here's what you need to know:
- Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, contact us at support@paramiqbal.in. or whatsapp us on 9910133024 We will refund the full amount to the card used for payment. Orders cannot be cancelled post 24 Hours period.
